The department of Life Sciences Core Facilities at the Weizmann Institute of Science is looking for a 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 for the duration of 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 for a time period 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬:
– Working in the unit of Advanced optical microscopy
– Responsibility for the optical microscopy setup in the unit
– Working with users in diverse research projects based on advanced
optical microscopy
– Training & guidance of users in the use of technologies in the unit
– Development of unique applications
– Active partnership in scientific projects
– Responsibility for routine maintenance and performance of the systems
– Work across interfaces inside and outside the institute
